The ego tries to keep us safe by replaying fears in our mind’s eye.
As long as we are in these bodies, our egos will work overtime trying to keep us attached to unresolved grievances, justified judgments, and uncontrolled, chaotic change.
As we learn to let go of our attachments to the past and to the future, and begin to live only in the present, it becomes easier to let go of our attachment to the negativity and anxieties that
sometimes occur in our lives.
It is when we place all of our focus on letting go of form, and lightening up our consciousness with love and forgiveness, that we discover the path that brings us to joy.
