Stichting Centrum voor Attitudinal Healing was founded by Els Thissen in July 1991. Attitudinal Healing groups, workshops and trainings are offered throughout the Netherlands and online.

“Does what I do make me truly happy?” That is the question we continuously ask ourselves. We want to give ourselves and others the opportunity to discover, that it is ourselves we’ve been waiting for all along. That all answers to questions we have can be found within ourselves and that we always have a choice between peace and inner strife, between love and fear.

We are perfect as we are. In terms of our development we are exactly where we are. To this no judgment of value is attached. It is neither good nor bad, it’s just what is. There is no guilt. Not for what we’ve done, nor for what has befallen us. Nor for what we say, think, do and feel. Not for what we are or think we are.

It is from this basic attitude that we contact people and give information, organize our workshops, trainings, groups and make our magazine, '...from heart to heart...'
