Since 2010, Heartlight has held Study Groups that present the Principles of Attitudinal Healing as tools for living a more peaceful, healthy lifestyle. Our Study Groups consist of 10-12 participants who learn about a principle each week for 10 or 12 weeks, through readings, meditations and experiential exercises. These group sessions allow time for individuals to share feelings and insights regarding the principles as they learn to integrate them into their everyday life.

After completing a Study Group, many people choose to participate in another session, or they may join our monthly Living Heartlight program to continue to experience living with the Principles of Attitudinal Healing.

Heartlight also offers a 6-week Aging with Attitude Book/Study Group. Utilizing the book, Aging with Attitude by Jerry Jampolsky and Diane Cirincione, and drawing upon the Principles of Attitudinal Healing, these small groups of nine people meet weekly to explore the aging experience. This offers the opportunity to live with forgiveness and tranquility, regardless of any changes in our bodies, minds or circumstances. For this group, previous study of Attitudinal Healing is helpful, but not required.

The newest group that Heartlight is grateful to offer is an 8-week Book/Study Group that explores forgiveness using Jerry Jampolsky's book, Forgiveness, The Greatest Healer of All. In this small group of no more than seven participants, we discuss a chapter each week. Together we go through this wonderful guide that shows the power of forgiveness to transform your life and relationships. Again, previous study of Attitudinal Healing is helpful, but not required.

Heartlight Center for Inner Peace is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization.
