We believe that poverty hurts. We work to eliminate poverty by supporting creative and educational programs that transform the spirit and facilitate the development of internal strength and the ability to make choices that promote peaceful co-existence, personal health and a clean, healthy environment.

GCAH is a NGO based in Accra, Ghana, West Africa. GCAH was inspired by the Attitudinal Healing Connection, Inc. in Oakland, California and works to create opportunities for individuals to choose peace over conflict and love over fear. GCAH’s mission is to inspire individuals to use their creativity to bring change to their communities.

The Ghana Center for Attitudinal Healing (GCAH) is a nonsectarian organization devoted to sharing the concepts and practice of Attitudinal Healing. We offer outreach education and training in providing spiritual and emotional support services to individuals, families, youth, groups and organizations in need of training to ameliorate relationships, resolve conflicts, preserve cultural traditions, create education and economic opportunities as well as improve the environment.

All members of the GCAH are committed to finding peace of mind through service and by establishing nonjudgmental, loving attitudes toward themselves and others. We help each other to achieve the shift in perception from fear to love by being transparent, caring and honest. We aim to experience peace by helping and joining with each other to care for the environment and improve the lives of children and youth through our Saturday Attitudinal Healing Support Groups.
