Attitudinal Healing Support Group - Hilo, Hawaii

Thursday, 01 March 2012

A new support group based on the philosophy of Attitudinal Healing begins meeting in Hilo. Attitudinal Healing defines health as inner peace, and healing as letting go of fear. It emphasizes listening with empathy and without judgement or advice. More information about Attitudinal Healing is available at www.AHInternational.org.

The group meetings are for adults looking to enhance the quality of life experiences, both personally and professionally. Each group meeting includes a reading of the 12 Principles of Attitudinal Healing, which are used as tools for learning how to change painful perceptions and beliefs for the goal of achieving inner peace.

Meetings are free of charge and will be held Wednesdays on March 7 and 21, as well as April 4 and 11, from 10-11:30 am at the Puueo Community Center (located at the Clem Akina Park - 145 Wainaku St., Hilo).
