Peace lays within each moment that we choose it, and we are always free to choose.
When someone you love and care about is experiencing inner conflict, they usually have one of two ways they appear to the world. The person reacting to inner conflict with little or no understanding of how to resolve their issue, may in fact feel frustrated, which is quite normal since the energy of the conflict is seeking to heal itself. In this case, if the person does not learn a way of resolving, and dissolving the frustrated inner energy, he or she may react with fear, anger, edginess, or any other "disturbing" behavior. In the second case, the person whom has learned how to respond to the energy or thoughts of inner conflict with kindness, compassion and understanding, usually behaves in a balanced and more peaceful way. I am so grateful to A.H. and learning how to respond to my life rather than react.
My deepest wish is to share this most effective way of living in the world (not of it) while choosing Peace in each moment.
Namaste,
Elaine
